GAZEBO RULES
● Once the Manager approves your request, you are required to pay in full via the link sent by the Manager.
● Members must be paid in full with no balance due on their account to book the gazebo.
● All gazebo reservations are $25 and are non-refundable
● Members may only book one reservation per day. If two reservations are booked, the second reservation will be canceled and the fee will be considered a donation.
● Members must greet all non-member guests at the front desk and check them in with the lifeguard. Guest passes are $6 and must be paid in advance, online for each guest.
● Guests at the gazebo are limited to 20 non-member guests on weekdays, and 15 non-member guests on weekends (Fri., Sat. and Sun.).
● All party attendees, even those not wearing swimsuits, are considered guests and are required to pay.
● Members are responsible for and are required to clean up after their party. Decorations may be hung from the rafters, etc., but everything must be taken down and removed from the premises at the end of the party. If trash cans are full, please notify a lifeguard to empty the trash and supply a new trash bag. Please have the gazebo clean and empty prior to the end of your party to allow for the next reserved event. Failure to clean and clear the gazebo or an overrun of time will be a consideration of the Board when that member makes future reservations for use of the gazebo.
