Join Waitlist – Northwest Branch Pool

Thank you for considering Northwest Branch for your summer home away from home! There is a $50 fee to join the waitlist. New wait list members should expect to hear back from us this season. Memberships are offered in the order people signed up for the waitlist, without exception. Once offered a membership, you will have 24 hours to accept the membership. You may defer the membership offer one time. Check in periodically to find out where you are on the list.

Following the 2026 season, NWB will begin a modernization project to make ADA and inclusivity improvements to the pool house.

2026 Initiation Fee

There is a one time, $800 initiation fee to join, due the first summer you are offered a membership. The initiation fee is in addition to the seasonal membership dues. Two payment options are available:

Option 1 Pay in Full –

$800 less the $50 waitlist deposit, with completed application form.

Total Balance Due: $750

Option 2 Partial Payment Plan (payment over two years) –

*Waitlist fee does not apply to Initiation fee with Option 2 Partial Payment Plan.

$800 with completed application form.

Year 1 Total Balance Due: $400

Year 2 Total Balance Due: $400

The Initiation Fee is subject to change.

There is a $150 special assessment for all membership accounts (current and new) in 2026 that is due when annual membership fees are paid. This special assessment is in addition to the initiation fees and annual membership dues. The special assessment may not be split over two seasons.
